Story time is held every Monday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Hudson Bay Public Library.  Activities include stories, songs, crafts, games and special holiday celebrations. It is open to any preschool age children.  For more information contact the Hudson Bay Public Library.

Hudson Bay Child Care Co-operative

The Hudson Bay Child Care Co-operative is a non-profit, parent controlled co-operative. The Board of Directors is made up of parents using the Day Care Centre. The Centre is licensed for 30 preschool and school age children from 18 months to 12 years of age. The Centre has a full-time, part-time, daily, and hourly fee, and is open from 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Day Care has a very safe child-oriented and stimulating environment designed to meet children’s physical, emotional, and social needs. The facility is well equipped with fenced yard and outdoor toys and equipment. The Day Care is licensed by the Saskatchewan Social Services Day Care Branch.

In 1998 the Day Care purchased a dwelling at the corner of 6th Avenue and Prince Street. The building was remodeled to meet all codes of the Social Services Branch.
