Housing Incentives Program

$10,000.00 CASH BACK on Your New Home

The Town of Hudson Bay will provide a new Housing Incentive Grant of 10% of the construction value to a maximum of $10,000.00.

• Construction costs to be determined by a recognized building cost index.
• National Building Code Standards to be followed.
• Incentive payable upon completion of construction.
• Construction must be started within 18 months of the lot purchase date.
