HOUSING INCENTIVE
TERMS: 10% down and balance due in 60 days.
The Town of Hudson Bay will provide a new Housing incentive grant of 10% of the construction value to a maximum of $10,000.
- Construction costs to be determined by a recognized building cost index.
- National Building Code Standards to be followed.
- Incentive payable upon completion of construction.
- Construction must be started within 18 months of the purchase date.
