The Town of Hudson Bay will accept Development Proposals for Lots 1 to 10, Block 60 as outlined on the following survey plan.

Price of individual, unserviced lots is $2,352.98 and includes access to natural gas and power. Proposals can include one or more lots and shall be subject to erection of a building associated with the Development Proposal within eighteen (18) months of the date of purchase.
